Our promises, in writing.

Summary

These Partner Terms put our main promises to agency partners in writing. They are a summary. A signed partner agreement is provided before any project begins, and it governs if there is any difference.

Who we are

Webcraft Architects (“Webcraft”, “we”) is the white-label division of Greenbelt Ventures, a U.S.-based team. “Partner” means the marketing agency, SEO consultant or business coach that engages us to build or maintain websites for its own clients.

Non-solicitation

• We will not contact, market to, solicit or accept work directly from a Partner’s clients.
• If a Partner’s client contacts us, we will not engage with them and will refer them back to the Partner.
• This applies while we work together and for the period set out in the signed partner agreement.

No branding

• Sites, staging environments and deliverables we produce carry no visible Webcraft or Greenbelt Ventures branding, credit line, footer link or mention.
• Standard notices from third-party software, such as the WordPress platform or plugin licences, remain as the software requires.

Confidentiality

We use Partner and client information only to deliver the agreed work. We do not list or mention Partners or their clients publicly. A signed non-disclosure agreement is available on request.

Ownership and handoff

• On payment, the website, its content and source files belong to the Partner and its client. At launch we hand over all administrator credentials, and we remove our access on request.
• Third-party licences stay in the name of whoever purchased them.

Client data and access

We request only the access needed for the work, and we ask that it be shared through the Partner. We do not copy client data for any other purpose.

Scope, revisions and timelines

• Every project is quoted at a fixed price with a written scope before work starts. Included revision rounds are listed per package.
• Turnaround starts when we have the complete brief, content, brand files and access. Client approvals, content delays and third-party vendor issues pause the clock. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted before it begins.

Care plans and support

• Care plan inclusions and response times are listed per plan and are stated in business days.
• Security incidents and outages are handled ahead of routine requests. Work beyond a plan’s included hours is quoted before it starts.

If we miss a commitment

If we expect to miss an agreed date or response time, we tell the Partner in writing as soon as we know, with a revised date. Remedies for missed commitments are set out in the signed partner agreement.

Pricing and payment

Partner pricing is shared with approved partners. Payment terms are set out in the signed partner agreement.
